12” painted iron dial: separate moon phase dial and calendar. Roman hour numerals. Arabic minute numerals and seconds. “S. Willard” in script over VI in red green and gold. Painted fan corners.

Solid mahogany case, door and base, panel veneered. Brass finials. 3/4" Pine backboard and blocking, Roxbury case style. French styled feet.

Eight-day running time with hour strike and calendar, rack and snail striking mechanism, brass plates and wheels, anchor recoil escapement, tin can weights painted red.
